Nelson Star Cycling Club

Nelson Star Cycling Club is a friendly social club where members and guests can get together and enjoy all the club facilities. The club is well appointed and furnished throughout with modern furniture and decor and maintained to a high standard for your comfort. There are three main areas to the club layout.

The Lounge. This room is the hub of the club and top class entertainment is provided every Saturday night for your enjoyment, and the last Saturday in every month is a comedy night. A good night is assured. The room also hosts Bingo on Wednesday and some Friday evenings with £50 flyers to keep it exciting. For the rest of the time it's comfortable place to sit and chat with friends and have a drink or even chance your luck on the £250 jackpot gaming machine.

The Concert Room. Here is a superb room which has first class artistes every Sunday night along with a few games of Bingo between the artists spots. With a large dancefloor you can get up and boogie as well. This room is also available for hire for private functions and parties, a really great place and atmosphere to enjoy yourselves. The Games Room. Again this a well appointed and popular room with two fine snooker tables which play host to the clubs Four snooker teams. The darts area also hosts Four teams, Three ladies and One mens team, so come along and play. There is an area for watching T.V. witch is also equipped with an X-Box console. Last but not least is the Star Rangers football team who play on Sundays (if it's not too windy,cold or wet). Throughout the club we serve Carlsberg Tetley beers and a wide range of spirits and wines.

The club is open every night from 7pm and also Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
